Relaxing moment

Well, it seems to become a convention to have trips during vacations, since then may be the only time we're able to get together. From last year, most time I study and live in Chungli and only

get back during winter and summer vacation. And my bro studies in nothern Tiawan, Taipei as well. Therefore, we get to seize the time to travel together for maintaining our good family relationship (good explanation). Anyway, we had a great moment in Taoyuan, Taipei, and Yilan this time. How to call it ? A trip of hot spring ? hehe...I bet my sis and her husband would like it, yet it's a pity that they couldn't come with us. Dad said he's gonna take them there again when they come back to Taiwan in September or October.
On first day we went to Chungli in order to put some heavy stuff (books, dehumifying dryer) of me to the place I live, so when the new semester begins I won't be that tired in moving those frigging stuff. After handling it I took dad and mom to a famous beef noodle resturant near Chung Yuan campus named Chief Master. I'm glad that they like it.

After the lunch we kept going to join up with bro in Taipei. Thanks to the navigator, we successfuly found his dorm and didn't spend lots of time.

Bro soon took over the driving position, because dad's unfamiliar with the roads there. About one and half an hour later we safely arrived at the hotel we planed to stay. Before dinner we got to the old street taking some food and beverages there. The meatball made of trout and taros' pretty interesting and the hot spring egg cooked with wine tasted pretty good. We took a couple of pictures there, and it's pitiful that the weather's awful.

As for the evening, because all of us were really tired, we did nothing after dinner yet enjoyed the great hot spring and picturesque scenery. The bathroom there was exaggeratedly huge. I do like the view there. The only thing bad was that there's no door lock.... , so I felt kinda uneasy when taking hot spring. hahaha..

On the second day of our trip we drived to Yilan. It was the first time I got there. The scenery and living style have a huge difference from Taipei-like big cities. The beautiful mountains and pastoral view made me able to completely relax. We had great seafood there, thoguh the crabs were not that delicious. They were not in season. The sashimi's extremely great anyway. Fortunately sis didn't come, otherwise she would have no food but shrimps and rice to eat... haha.

Afternoon we headed to National Center for Traditional Arts. That's a good place worth visiting. I believe dad and mom really enjoyed it. There're lots of stuff that arouse their old memories. The buildings there were very beatiful too. I really like those brick-made buildings. I took a lot of photos there.

At evening we went to a $ 188 NTD all-you-can-eat resturant to satisfy our stomachs and ended up a day with hot spring again. The last day we first went to Taipei to hanlde bro's dorm problem then have the lunch at TINA kitchen, Taoyuan. There'er two interesting cats in their yard. They didn't fear people at all, so we took many photos of them. They're very close. They even licked and organized each other.

Though it's only a  three-day trip, I've been satisfied. At least I experienced different life style in Taiwan and tasted plenty of delicious food there. I've started looking forward to the next trip maybe in August = D
