Finally Winter

   

　　I think I've got tons of things to write in November, yet I didn't get to write anything...
I was too busy in November... Even though I'm actullay even busier in December, I just feel that I need to have my blog updated occasionally. (I won't tell you that the writing course requires journals as well....) There're lots of big things in November such as the nationwide impromptu speech contest, mid-terms, thanksgiving, singing contest...,etc. Most importantly, I and my friends eventually had a band! It's all for the Xmas celebration party and the future worships in church.

    As for the speech contest, it was the first time I attended an English speech contest. It's a nationwide one and I'm the representative of my school. I went to Chinese Cultures University. There're about 35 participants coming from diifrent schools. The first thing after arriving at the place was to cast lots. Unfortunately I had a really bad luck with it. I got number 2. I told myself to think on the birght side, "at least you have one person as reference." Later on, 5 minutes before the contest began, a lady came to me, saying "Since the one who is supposed to be the first waived his right, you're gonna be the first one." Shocked and nervous, my face turned pale... The topic I got was "How has technology changed your behaviors". Each participant should speak for at least 4:30. However, probably because I spoke too fast, I only spent 3:45 finishing the whole thing. Therefore, 4 points were taken out... Although I only got the seventh place at the contest, I think the process was really precious.
   
    The weather changes so raipidly these days and I as a result got a weird disease. It's kinda like rash or hives...Anyways, it's super itchy and made me not able to fall asleep at night.. Being too stressed and too busy, my sister said my immune systme might have some problems. Because of that, I decided to resign from one of my current jobs --- English teacher at cram school. Though my incomes would thus reduce a bit, health is undoubtedly more important. December always comes with a bunch of things. However, I don't feel bad this year, for I know after it I would soon have my finals done and go back to vote and go abraod ...WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY! I think the last time I went abroad with my bro and my parents was like 6 or 7 years ago. I'm like counting down the date every day..and sorta ignoring the finals and all that..

   By the way, I'm planning on keeping a kitty at my place in Chungli lately. I think I really need something to accompany with me. I believe the rest of my college life would have a lot of time at home. I'm going to prepare for the graduate school extrance exam and it would be boring to be always alone, isn't it? So...if you got any idea about the name of my future kitty, plz contact me! It must be an English name :P
